Construction arrangement and requirements of materials platform

As an important temporary platform in construction, the materials platform mainly plays the role of turnover materials. Due to its particularity, it is necessary to issue a special construction plan with a very comprehensive discussion and design of its safety and feasibility.

1. Technical preparation. 1. The project technical department prepares the construction plan of the materials platform according to the site and drawings. 2. Before construction, make written safety technical disclosure and pre-shift publicity to operators. 3. During the construction process, on-site guidance and review should be carried out.

2. Material requirements. The section size of the steel pipe is 48 mm in outer diameter and 3.5 mm in wall thickness. Quality requirements for steel pipes: There are no cracks on the surface of the steel pipes, both ends are flat, and drilling is strictly prohibited; the appearance quality of the steel pipes should conform to the following table. Fasteners should be made of malleable cast iron that matches the diameter of the steel pipe, and its material should meet the current national standards. The joint surface of the fasteners and the steel pipe should be tightly combined, and good contact with the steel pipe should be ensured when tightening. The movable part of the fastener should be able to rotate flexibly, and the distance at the opening should be less than 5 mm; when the bolt tightening torque reaches 65Nm, the fastener should not be damaged, the wire rope is 619, the steel core is 18.5mm, and the tensile strength of the wire rope is 2000N/ mm2.

Third, the installation technology of the materials platform. In order to solve the problem of vertical transportation of materials such as floor turnover racks, four cantilever materials platforms are set up in each building, and only floor materials platforms are required for low-rise buildings. The width of the materials platform is 2.20m, the cantilever beams are all 6m long 16# beams, and two 619 steel wire ropes with a diameter of 18.5mm are arranged at the cantilever end for unloading. The outer wire rope is 200mm away from the outer end of the main beam, and the inner wire rope is 1600mm away from the outer wire rope.

Requirements for the erection of the materials platform: 1. The secondary beam is 14# I-beam with a spacing of 800 mm, and the bottom of the materials platform is covered with 125px thick wood. 2. When setting the materials platform, the primary and secondary beams should avoid the outer scaffolding pole, and the steel pipe of the outer scaffolding pole should pass directly through the materials platform. The horizontal rod of the outer scaffold should avoid the materials platform, and the adjacent position should be encrypted with the horizontal rod. It is strictly forbidden to connect the materials platform with the outer scaffolding frame. 3. On the anchoring end of the I-beam on the materials platform, the U-bolt and the I-beam should be clamped with wooden wedges to prevent the I-beam from shrinking under the tension of the cable. 4. The end of the wire rope should be fastened with at least three U-shaped bayonet bolts, and the U-port direction of the bolts should be two positive and one negative. Appropriate prestress is applied to the wire rope during installation to keep the wire rope in tension. 5. The materials platform should be set with 200-high skirting boards to prevent damage caused by the falling of fasteners and other objects. 6. The three sides of the materials platform should be made of 1200 high protective railings.
